Spoiler-Free Synopsis

Thank You So Much, NetGalley and June Rollins for Sending me an ARC for an honest review!

Poppy loves art. It seems to be her connection to anything and everything. But when she gets expelled from her school, she is also disqualified from the art contest she also applied to in the school. She seems to feel like everything crashed and shattered. Her dreams were gone. She blatantly begs her father to re-apply her back into the school, but he absolutely refuses. Why? Because in his mind: Art is a Sin. He soon sends Poppy into a town. A town and in a house in which she must stay, whilst it is still being repaired. As this book goes on, watch as Poppy discovers she may not need that school to love Art as much as she believed she did and enter the contest anyway.

MY REVIEW

I loved this book. It is an amazing Christian Novel for people just getting into the Genre. I loved how it seemed to switch locations as the chapters go on. Although when you read the description of the novel, it doesn't seem to be a Christian novel. It at first seems like it is your average book, but when you begin to jump in reading, it is pretty good, and it does bring out the concepts of what makes a Christian Novel. I also enjoyed how it explains Poppy's family history, in a clear way that I can understand, a few books I've read recently haven't been very good at that. But, yea. It is a very good read, and I definitely recommend it for you to read. :)
